Over the years, the FileList module in the backend has developed considerably and many features have been added. However, the configuration for this has always been possible exclusively on a user TSconfig basis ( options.file_list.*, https://docs.typo3.org/m/typo3/reference-tsconfig/main/en-us/UserTsconfig/Options.html#file-list).

In the course of the review of #102155, the idea of a more fundamental configurability came up.

As an integrator/administrator of a TYPO3 instance, I would like to be able to define global settings for the FileList module.

The introduction/transfer of several settings from the User TSconfig ( options.file_list.* ) to a new Page TSconfig section ( mod.file_list.* or similar) would be one approach.
This would be analogous to the settings of the List module ( mod.web_list.* )
