Description
The documentation has a new feature called permalinks (see the open PR on the docs site: https://github.com/TYPO3-Documentation/render-guides/pull/781)
This feature was built to allow linking to the core documentation without the problem of outdated links.
To link to documentation from the core backend, we need a ViewHelper that handles the links.
