Ask yourself what the heck a WSDL URL is ;)
Please add some explanation to that one, I still have no idea...

You see the WSDL URL for main repository.
I think creating a new repository is something for experts only. In the past you had to configure that in TYPO3_CONF_VARS overwriting the default WSDL URL.
As it's SOAP specific i won't add a description for now.
It would have been enough to write what WSDL means... not explaining means confusing users on purpose ... Then I would go so far to not display that URL by default, because if it's hidden it won't confuse.
