Description

In Step2 Select Database the user has to select, whether to use an existing database or to create a new one.

It might be only a really tiny adjustment, but I expect such a behavior from an intelligent application: When selecting a database from the drop down menu, I expect the radio Select an EMPTY existing database to get checked automatically.

Other way around: Selecting the input field for a new database, I expect this radio to be selected again.

Currently, you can select an existing database, but leave Create a new database activated. I don't know, what the result would be.

It might be a user's first contact with TYPO3, so I would like to lead him to believe of TYPO3 being very intelligent ;-)
