Red "preview of workspace" box can be moved into the ext:workspaces

The box is not rendered anymore due to https://review.typo3.org/#/c/1003/ but the code was not moved to the new hook?
The hook calls Tx_Workspaces_Service_Fehooks and renders the Preview/Preview.html which additionally removes the div#typo3-previewInfo
But that makes only sense, if the split view is active which is marked as "todo"
So for now (and that means 4.7 and probably 4.6) the box should be reintroduced, until the redirect is implemented.
