Bug #14109

css_styled_content 0.0.9 (RC2) creates double-attribute in <img>-tag
Added by Robert Fink over 20 years ago.
Updated almost 20 years ago.
Description
When using css_styled_content, the img-tag contains the alt and title atrributes twice:
for example: <img src="uploads/pics/ejblogo_02.jpg" width="95" height="69" border="0" align="top" alt="" title="" alt="" title="" />
(issue imported from #M15)
confuses xhtml-parsers and destroys xhtml-compliancy
Assigned to Robert Lemke because I think it was him who did some alt and title atrribute stuff in 3.6.0
Sorry, but I cannot reproduce your bug.
With the TYPO3 3.6.0RC2 and the latest CVS version of css_styledcontent I only get one pair of title / alt attributes.
Someone who can check that? P
lease also specify if you created an image with text or just an image content element. Can you also reproduce the error if you're creating an image only by TypoScript (ie. without css_styledcontent) ?
Reminder sent to robert, robertfink
I have the same problem, but It happens because I've installed extension "dmc_image_alttext" which inserts again the alt and the title attributes.

I'm now closing this bug as it seems to be a bug of dmc_image_alttext instead of the core.
Robert F, if you still experience the bug WITHOUT dmc_image_alttext installed, please reopen.
