Background:
It is required to vale a value in the field, when I pick a file from the
client harddisk and try to save (to upload the file) the field is not
filled in.
Thus I can only pick files from fileadmin, since these values are
written into the field directly.

actually setting eval "required" works, but the validation fails, if you set "minitems" to 1.
