It would be great to add some useful TSConfig by default:
setup.override.navFrameResizable = 1
setup.override.recursiveDelete=0
mod.web_list.alternateBgColors=1

and many more.

These options already are available. If you want to have them set by default, have a look at the install tool, where you can enter default in "defaultUserTSconfig".
