secondary palette title back color too light

Description
i attach a picture: it's really hard to see..
please don't make so really tiny color changes in the background! :)
especially if we are on portables, the LCD monitors have really different way to render tiny color variations!

Yes, please change the contrast. I only noticed there are actually different colors, after I had worked for 20 minutes with the new skin, asking myself why this was so uniformly... The new skin should look good, but it should please be usable.

Fixed it by disabling the background-color for the second palette completely.
See if you think it works, when testing the next skin-release, and let me know.

Should be fixed, at latest in 4.4, where colors have been changed.
