Description

To manipluate general properties like lang (xml:lang), title etc a UI is missing. I think there should be an icon in the toolbar (like table properties) and an entry in the context menu.

The attached patch adds a new toolbar button "editelement" that opens a dialogue allowing to edit the following attributes of any element: id, title, class, lang, dir, as well as keyboard and mouse events handlers. Any of these may be removed from the dialogue through Page TSConfig.
