Description

The enableFields funktion have a Hook but do not have the $TYPO3_CONF_VARS as global, so the kooks won't process.

The comment

is false it don't uses Hook it uses XCLASS (maybe the author didn't get the Hook working)

This issue with t3lib_page.php was fixed in TYPO3 4.0 beta2.
