Description
The Oracle equivalent to Mysql's "EXPLAIN" is the "EXPLAIN PLAN FOR". Works similiar but uses a special table to hold the plan data! This must be either created by the admin or DBAL.

I added that to SVN and put a note about Oracle in the manual section explaining the debug configuration options. I did not test it, though, so please reopen if it doesn't work.
There is no support for displaying the logged data inside TYPO3!

Michael, does your fix for the admin panel "show explained query" work with DBAL and this feature?
