Description
in Constant Editor there is a configurable Option, that never works.
The example position is always at bottom, but I want to have it on top.
In the tx_tstemplateceditor there is an condition:
if ($BE_USER_modOptions["properties"]["constantEditor."]["example"]=="top") {
This var is never filled up so there is no chance to configure.
maybe a solution is to implement an ext_conf_template.txt with an configurable var - default shoud be top position (for better explanation)

ok, i found a solution.
the file class.tx_tstemplateceditor.php has to be modified.
Instead of the comment
#NOT WORKING
in function main simply this line has to be added:
$BE_USER_modOptions=t3lib_BEfunc::getModTSconfig(0,'mod.'.$this->MCONF['name']);
After this the userTS-Setting could be set to
mod.constantEditor.example=top
The only bad thing is the $id set to 0, but this is the normal pid for BEuser.

The issue is very old, does this issue exists in newer versions of TYPO3 CMS (4.5 or 6.1)?
