System contextmenu pops up when rightclicking on title (4.1beta 3)

Until 4.1.b2 it worked as expected.
A rightclick on the name pops up the clickmenu under or above the mouse
position.

But now (4.1b3) over that clickmenu the normal windows context menu
overlaps the clickmenu totaly.
That's my point.

This came from a wrong implementation when setting the "oncontextmenu" attribute.
The added patch fixes this. It only happened one the pagetree, not the foldertree.
