Description

At the moment it is only possible to generate simple tables using tr and td. It would be great if it was possible to use thead, tbody and tfoot in the future for backend module tables.

I assume we are talking about the CE "Table".
If it is so, this issue is obsolete in TYPO3 CMS 4.5.x and 6.1.x: in both the table CE has the option to transform the 1st line into a thead and the last into tfoot
