Description

automaketemplate prefixes fragment-only links with the relPathPrefix:

<a href="#a42"> becomes <a href="fileadmin/template/test/#a42">

This should NOT happen if the link starts with '#'

This is especially annoying if you want to substitute a mark as in

<a href="###mylink###">
