Oups sorry for my bad english.. but my question was about new option for stdwrap function

Add capitalize and not uppercase.

It's possible to have capitalize function for CASE propriety ?

I've adjusted the subject according to the reformulation of your request.

Capitalzing could be implemented. In the meantime use your own stdWrap user function or rely on CSS text-transform:capitalize.
