Description

Taking http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=7262 a step further and implementing the new docheader in the filelist module.

This isn't completed yet, still need to add the header to the upload, new, edit, rename parts, but putting this out there for early feedback.

I don't seem to be able to delete files, so the right patch is filelist_1.0.diff, added on 2/9/2008.
