New icon for website language

Description
Many icons have been updated recently except for a few like website languages. Here is a proposal.
I thought about redoing the Alternative page language icons to match the new website language, but the speech bubble looks like nothing when reduced too much.

Is this still valid? We have a new icon in 4.4, so I think it can be closed.

Ah, okay, sorry. My TYPO3 world is somehow monolingual.
Are you still happy with your 2-year old proposal? Think then we should give it a try again :)

Yes, I'm still happy with my proposal. Maybe the design team can brush it up a bit, but basically I still find it adequate and definitely better than the current old one.

In #40546 a new icon was chosen and the UI/UX #9253 is open ... but I think we can close this one?
