The issue is very old, does this issue exists in newer versions of TYPO3 CMS (4.5 or 6.1)?

Yes, the "bug" or better "wrong behavior" is still in TYPO3 v4.5.26 and TYPO3 6.1

It' should not be possible to click on the headlines of records like in the List Module of TYPO3.
If you open the Elemtentbrowser and navigate to some records, you can still click the Big Headline (nr2 in attachment). After click you got a Edit Icon like in List Module if you want to edit all Title of Pages for example. if you now press the edit Icon then comes the Javascript Error.
