Still a problem: Moving content elements in workspace results in Unknown column error

Description

I've installed the recent version of TYPO3 4.2.6. If found the reports #0010483 and #0009705. The described problems still occure in two different installations. The workspace settings are as follows:
- Allow "live" editing of records from tables without versioning
- Disable Versioning Types for members and reviewers: Branch
- Publish access: Only workspace owner can publish

Can anyone confirm this behaviour?
