Remove final from classes

Description
As TYPO3 should be extendable for all classes the final statement prevent this.
Removing final gives the possibility to extend these classes and substitute functions of this classes by own ones. I don't see a reason for preventing this.
I excluded classes from extbase as the actual svn isn't synced with trunk version.
