Description

Problem:
The "Modules" section in single user view in user admin is broken.

Steps to reproduce:
open the "User Admin" module in Admin tools
click on the name of a be_user to open the "user info" view
scroll down to the "Modules" section
click on the title of a module or on one of the minus icons
the frame will reload and show only alt_menu.php
a javascript error occurs:

top.restoreHighlightedModuleMenuItem is not a function
