Bug #21512
closedNo error if missing loaded extension
0%
Description
I have some global extensions used in different sites.
Step to reproduce the error.
1. Load an extension, by instance Realurl
2. Delete the extension from /typo3/ext
3. Back to EM in BE
4. no error message.
Shouldn't this be reported by TYPO3?
I found this cause I was upgrading my test installation of TYPO3 4.3 from beta2 to beta3 and by mistake I copied the beta2 /typo3/ext inside beta3 /typo3/ext instead of /typo3
So I ended with all my global extension inside typo3/ext/ext.
Nothing helped me to find my mistake until I found that in the FE of my test installation it was missing the Google Analytics code cause the rsgoogleanalytics was not loaded. Same for Realurl and other extensions.
I did tested it and it happens also with TYPO3 4.2.

Hm, could be integrated as new system report and as flash message at the top of the extension manager.

Hi,
is this still the case in 6.2? As far as I know you should get an exception telling you that the extension was not loaded. Can you take another look?
Thanks
