tslib_cObj.getTypoLink_URL create wrong links

Description
the function tslib_cObj.getTypoLink_URL cuted some parameters
An Example:
$this->cObj->getTypoLink_URL("http://www.domain.com/go?label=Some Label&k=zs1TQ8tCUXez26kuUapOoqrLT");
The function proceed this link
http://www.domain.com/go?label=Some

The issue is very old, does this issue exists in newer versions of TYPO3 CMS (4.5 or 6.1)?

I've performed this test in TYPO3 6.1:
page.100=TEXT page.100.value=AAAA page.100.typolink.parameter=http://www.domain.com/go?label=Some Label&k=zs1TQ8tCUXez26kuUapOoqrLT
and the resulting URL is http://www.domain.com/go?label=Some

Don't know if it is the same issue, but without the space in "Some Label" the url is correct.
I've also tried with:
page.100=TEXT
page.100.value=AAAA
page.100.typolink.parameter=http://www.domain.com/go?label=Some%20Label&k=zs1TQ8tCUXez26kuUapOoqrLT
and it works.

The problem is the splitting on the whitespace, so we need something like quoting.

URLs simply may not contain whitespace :)
