Please add the following options for the curl configuration:
CURLOPT_SSL_VERIFYPEER
CURLOPT_CAPATH
Both are required to enable t3lib_div::getUrl() with self-signed certs...

Add all possible settings to the Install Tool or have the possiblility to add those settings per call?
