Description

Selecting "Non-floating" float value for an image has no effect. Expected behavior is for style="float: none;" to appear in image tag, but that doesn't happen.

Steps to replicate:
1. Insert an image in an RTE.
2. Modify image properties (either through right click menu or the toolbar button)
3. Under "Float:" set value to "Non-floating"
4. Click "Update"
5. Modify image properties again - Float value is reset to "Not set"
