Adding new page content is like playing roulette

Description
I often have the problem that I can´t add new page content.
Sometimes I get an empty page after clicking on "Create page content" or "New record after this one". Nothing happens...
I have no access to the Apache-Log-File so I can´t take a look at the Error-Log.

Sorry.. this is simply too less information.
Can you have a look, whether the page contains HTML code or is just empty? Does this occur with different TYPO3 installations / servers / browsers?

Tested with Firefox 3.6 and a Typo3 4.3.2 Installation on the Mittwald-Server.
When I click on "show source code" I get a normal source code.
Its the same source code that I get when the page with "Please select the type of page content you wish to create" appears.
I guess it is a Firefox-Bug.
No problems with the Internet Explorer.

It is a firefox bug, but I have yet to find any more information about the bug and potential workaround.
Normally a right-click in the frame and 'refresh' shows the new content wizard. If you find more useful information, please return back here, so we can look into potential workarounds.
