Install step images should not all be clickable

Description

All images 1-2-3-4 at the top are linked to the steps you take during the install process. When you are in the process and click one of the numbered images you get a nasty error and cannot continu the install process.

SOLUTION:
Only make Step 1 clickable. Step 2 is the only step where you need to be able to go back.
