Description

RTE does not set quotes around the title. So if the title has spaces, only the first word will be used in generated A tag.

I tested with unpatched 4.3 and 4.4, and could not reproduce this issue.

I also tested with patched trunk, and link title rendering is now completely broken.

Reverted by rev 8270-8272. Further investigation is required..
