Description

When adding links with RTE the domain is added again to the link as prefix like "http://www.example.org/" will be changed to "http://www.ourdomain.net/typo3/http://www.example.org/" I found the patches for bug #22683 and applied 14436_4.2 (patch succeeded with two hunks...on t3lib/class.t3lib_parsehtml_proc.php) but after applying the patch rte is not starting anymore as described in bug #22683

We tested this with Firefox on Linux and MacOS and with Safari on MacOS.

The problem did not appear with IE...
