Simulate time in the TYPO3 admin panel is being ignored.

Description
The time will be cleared after hitting the "Update"-Button and no content elements will be shown/hidden.
Tested in FF and IE8 with different date (time) formats like:
- 10:29 4-12-2010
- 4-12-2010
- 2010-12-4
- 4.12.2010

I confirm the problem on current master. According to my findings on master the JS is broken.
Using the field¶
The field used to behave like all date/time fields in TYPO3. You can enter 'n', 'd' or 't' to get current date or even add simple calculations like 'd+13' or 'd-10'. The JS will take care of updating the hidden field and transform the value into a unix timestamp.
The JavaScript is currently broken (Uncaught ReferenceError: TBE_EDITOR is not defined) in jsfunc_evalfield.js in a default installtation. Probably this problem disappears with Fe-Editing enabled or other additional extensions.
The JavaScript seems pretty buggy but basic stuff actually still works. Actually this should get fixed first, bugreport/patch to follow ASAP.
