Improve BE usability: Automatic switch to list-view when clicking a sysfolder

Description
Hi, there, wouldn't it be a great improvement if TYPO3 by itself switched to List-view when you clicked on a Sysfolder instead of telling me to do so? The extra click seems annoying and redundant.
I understand that some may not realise they have switched to another module and thus are confused when they click on a normal page and look at it in List view - but nevertheless.
Would be nice if it could be a TypoScript PageTS/UserTS option to switch on/off

Hi Thomas,
are you really talking about the TYPO3 Core or have you installed EXT:templavoila?
I only know this message from templavoila and this is still a missing feature in core I think.
Checked 4.4.4 and current trunk without templavoila, I can`t see a message telling me to switch to list module.
there is no reason to make an automatic switch as the page module is also useful on sysfolders. anyway there is already a patch inside the core list (with ID #23684). So test and vote for it
Sorry my bad, I'm using TemplaVoila, where there's no other use for sysfolders than showing them with the list-module.
Not sure though if this still is a core thing or related to Templavoila - someone with core-knowledge might shed some light on that. If it's only TV related this should be closed and I'll re-open it in the TV track.
If it's only TV related I don't agree with Ringer about it being a duplicate of 0015916, since I'm not proposing to add a message to the user about shifting to list-view. In Templavoila we already have that.
yes this is tv related only. sry i can't move this entry to TV.
for the next time, please use the correct categories or at least tell some more information.
So test and vote for it
done :)
