Description
Though having deactivated the (imho obtrusive and annoying) new CSH in the user's settings, they keep being displayed.

@Jigal van Hemert van Hemert: You're right. It's a bit difficult to keep track of the right place for bugs, if one is not directly involved in the development.
@Steffen Gebert: If CSH can't be disabled anymore on per-user-basis, I explicitly second Helmut Hummel's statement on http://forge.typo3.org/issues/10347#note-11

as this issue is very old. Does the problem still exists within newer versions of TYPO3 CMS (4.5 or 6.1)?
