Description

If you have a large number of plugins, it is hard to navigate among them because they are shown in the form in the order of installed extensions. Sorting them alphabetically will help to navigate the list faster.

See the attached screenshot to get the idea better.

In general +1, i'm only not happy with the place of the userfunction as it's in the dynamic configfile, which will be included many times.
Is there a way to put it in a general cms class? Maybe we need some more of these helpers.

btw - looking to your screenshot it might be a good idea to group plugins of same extension if there are more than one, but this would be a different issue.
