Description

In the latest versions of trunk and 4.5, the CSH tooltips are not showing the "more info" icon anymore, making it impossible to access the additional information (details, syntax, etc.).

How to reproduce:
- edit any content element
- hover over the "Type" field
- the tooltip should have a more info icon, but hasn't

(You can compare with some older versions, I made the test with a 4.5.0 Introduction package).

I wonder whether it's related to 0017672 or not
