Missing behaviour of options.workspaces.changeStageMode

Description
Hi,
I have recently upgraded a website from typo 4.2.10 to typo 4.5.2.
It seems the parameter:
options.workspaces.changeStageMode = any
and even
options.workspaces.changeStageMode = pages
doesn't work in typo 4.5.2.
In the previous version (4.2.10) worked fine.
- Assignee set to Oliver Hader
- Status changed from New to Accepted
- Target version set to 4.5.3
- TYPO3 Version set to 4.5
- Target version changed from 4.5.3 to 4.5.4
Valid, but tricky one...
Affected versions are 4.5 and 4.6
- Subject changed from options.workspaces.changeStageMode to Missing behaviour of options.workspaces.changeStageMode

Both patches (master and 4.5) are reviewed and submitted to git at july 8th. I don't know why the automatism didn't work.

I think that's due to the fact that Jenkins is not listening here (since we don't have CGL checks yet for workspaces and version).
