I can't delete pages when "not in menu" is activated

Description

Hello Core-Team,

I use TYPO3 4.5.2 and I cant't delete a simple page when "not in menu" checkbox is activated. After deactivating I can click on the icon of my page and can choose "delete" in contextmenu...so it works again.

I can't reproduce this issue in a current 4.5 installation. Can you please describe exactly where you click and which error you get?
