Prepare for 4.5.3

Description
- fix changelog (whitespaces, etc)
- make sure to port all fixes between trunk and 4.5 branch (both directions)
(see mail from Ernesto)
Attached a diff between trunk and branches/4.5... seems to be only whitespace and CGL missing.
Potential additional patches still pending:- fix external url handling
- add User Agent (patch pending, easy fix)
- add Cookie support (I will leave this out for now)
- add better redirect support (patch pending)
- add more status codes as explicit checks
- refactor table
- still issues with scollbars (actually not having them, we need an ExtJS Guru)
- use API to create table (properly not in time for 4.5.3)
- create better links (API again, this could still be done)

Looks good.
Additionally you should bump the version number in the 4.5-branch to 1.0.3.
