Description

  • fix changelog (whitespaces, etc)
  • make sure to port all fixes between trunk and 4.5 branch (both directions)

Attached a diff between trunk and branches/4.5... seems to be only whitespace and CGL missing.

Potential additional patches still pending:
  • fix external url handling
    • add User Agent (patch pending, easy fix)
    • add Cookie support (I will leave this out for now)
    • add better redirect support (patch pending)
    • add more status codes as explicit checks
  • refactor table
    • still issues with scollbars (actually not having them, we need an ExtJS Guru)
    • use API to create table (properly not in time for 4.5.3)
    • create better links (API again, this could still be done)
