use t3lib_BEfunc::getRecordTitle in module header and beuser module

Description
Currently for example typo3/show_item.php shows wrong or no title in the header if label_userFunc or label field of the record is empty.
Also the begroup listing in beuser module ("Member of groups:") doesnt respect label definition.
Solution: use t3lib_BEfunc::getRecordTitle()

Found other lines for this change. Seems that these lines only effects the log.
