Description

When you put multiple mailforms on one page it breaks the javascript validation. This happens because they get the same name and id from the css_styled_content setup. Since tt_content.mailform.20.formName now has stdWrap we can add the UID to the formName to make it unique by default.

Hi,

does the problem still exists within newer versions of TYPO3 CMS (6.2.9)?

the old mailform is now removed from the Core as it is superseeded by EXT:form, powermail and formhandler and other alternatives, so I think this issue can be closed.

If you think that this is the wrong decision, then please write to the mailing list typo3.teams.bugs with issue number and an explanation or open a new ticket and add a relation to this ticket number.
