pagetree: tooltips for pages of type "shortcut" should display destination-page-id

Description

When "options.pageTree.showPageIdWithTitle" is set pagetree displays page-ids left of the page-names. When hovering a shortcut that however just says "Shortcut to page:" and displays the name. The tooltip should show a page-id as well (probably also when showPageIdWithTitle is set).
