Page-view in backend uses "backend-layout"-field from live-version instead of workspace

Description

Inside a workspace (not live) it is possible to modify the backend-layout-field. But when inside the page-view the backend-layout from the live-version is used.

Steps to reproduce:
  • Create a live-version with 2-column backend-layout
  • Switch to workspace
  • Choose a 3-column BE-layout
  • See page-view ... still only two columns shown

Not a issue the workspace team should take care of, but the Core team or a specific team for the backend_layout stuff should have a look.
