Description

module which does the follwing:
  1. show elements you want to change the stage
  2. check if all the same stage, if not -> error
  3. show current stage of the elements
  4. option to change stage to the next or previous stage
  5. possibility to send mail to responsible users (or additional email adresses)
  6. add comment to the change of stage
  7. send the mail
  8. # mail contains link to backend login and for every content element or page a link to the preview - pretty nice :-)
  9. send user back to preview or stage module
