Description

This is part of the t3lib_div cleanup on #T3DD11.

This patch moves t3lib_div::breakLinesForEmail to t3lib_utility_Mail::breakLinesForPlainEmail and adds some unit tests.
Part 2 will add some refactoring and some more unit tests.
