Description
This is another part of the t3lib_div refactoring, this time moving inArray, intExplode, revExplode and trimExplode to t3lib_utility_Array and renaming intExplode and revExplode.

This task should be ready to be reviewed by tomorrow night (27th July) or should be postponed to 4.7. It becomes critical to change that without enough time to test it properly before feature freeze because it may impact stability if not refactored properly.
Then let's postpone to 4.7 as there are so many side effects especially also with the bootstrap and install tool (iirc both use t3lib_div methods before the autoloader is initalized, which would mean that we'd need to require more and more files here). I think it would be clever to see if we can first finish the bootstrap and install tool refactorings and then go back to this one.
