Description
t3lib_http_Request currently throws pear exceptions.
To make it even worse, they do have a integer as second parameter, but this translates to an internal code, but also leads to an link on the wiki page.

Hi,
as this issue is very old. Does the problem still exists within newer versions of TYPO3 CMS (6.2.4)?

httprequest has been removed with 8.1 #70056 in favor of TYPO3\CMS\Core\Http\RequestFactory
