Split preview loads every URI 3 times which kills performance

Description

Due to bad ExtJS layout the preview doesn't just load the live and workspace preview once within a iframe, it actually loads 3 iframes for both.

The supposed patch cleans this up and avoids that split-layouts are loaded simultanious and therefore the actual performance is raised dramatically (at least for me).

Also avoids JS errors from the ws-preview frame which might actually break rendering in general.
