Description

When trying to link to an element from a custom extension (for example with linkhandler) Firefox 6 and 7 somehow breaks the RTE and converts links to sth like http://domain.com/typo3/record:tx_extension_ensemble:62. Latest Chrome works like a charm.

Tested with TYPO3 4.5.5 and 4.5.6. I tried the same in an 4.4.6 installation and everything works fine.

I assume this is not a linkhandler problem but a htmlarea problem. Could this be related to the latest changes in the link wizard return mechanism?

IMO this is a duplicate of #29141 so please try 4.5.6 which is btw a security update!

Sorry, I know that Stanislas maintains the RTE so I thought it would be suitable. Wont happen again :-)

Ahh I missed that one, but its about the mailto functionality. So this seems not like a duplicate to me.
Although Im pretty sure Ive cleared all caches I will try this again tomorrow, just to be sure. Thanks for your support!

Ive tested again and must confess clearing the RTE cache does the trick for me, too.

Thanks for the hint!
